Coming into Vivid Optical as an apprentice in January 2019 Joe didn’t know what to expect! Joe has thrived his way into a principal consultant and does really offer an exceptional service to his clients and candidates. He is very pro-active and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy with the outcome of his work. Joe is soon to become a Team Leader here at Vivid Optical and build his own successful team in the optical market.
Harrison Brown
After starting recruitment as a young man jumping into optics with no experience Harrison has picked up essential knowledge and skills to help candidates find the perfect position, alongside building close relations with clients to ensure they find the perfect hire time and time again.
Ollie Miracco
Struggling to decide what to do post Covid. Ollie was welcomed to Vivid Optical with open arms. Ever since, Ollie has been an instrumental asset to the team! Ollie offers a swift, professional, and comfortable experience for both clients and candidates.
Bradley Jordan
Having been at the company for 7 years, Bradley is now one of the longest standing team members we have here at Vivid Optical. Over the years he has built great relationships with candidates and clients, showing a high level of professionalism and integrity with everyone he works with. A loyal and honest character who will do whatever he can to help.

With years of experience working in an independent opticians, Roisin has fast become a huge asset to Vivid. Given her knowledge, she can definitely relate to candidates and clients alike!

After years of experience in hospitality, Vakaris wanted a challenge as an apprentice in the recruitment industry. Full of drive and ambition he is keen to thrive and succeed in his upcoming years. The future is certainly bright for him.

Our entrusted Divisional Manager. With close to a decade of experience in optical recruitment there isn’t a problem he can’t solve. Whether this is with candidates or clients he is a fountain of optical recruitment knowledge.
Owen Thacker
Owen joined Vivid Optical in 2019 and since then has progressed to a Principal Consultant! Owen goes above and beyond to provide the best services to both our candidates and clients to help find the best situation for both parties! His knowledge of the market doesn’t go unnoticed and continues to receive amazing feedback and reviews within the Optical Industry. Harry Solomon
Following on from Sixth Form, Harry was unsure of his next steps. After being welcomed to the Vivid Optical team despite having no prior recruitment experience back in August 2022, Harry has quickly learned the ropes and has cemented himself as professional, passionate, and diligent member of the team.
